Victor is the founder of a universal music style he calls Ragga-Hopp. He is no stranger to the community. He was raised by his aunt in Kingston, Jamaica. During these chains of events, the Reggae Music Evolution influenced his life, his style and also helped to conceive the universal way of music and understanding that is V.I.C.
V.I.C. has always been inspired by music: Lyrical imageries, sounds, styles, dance abilities and emotional influences it has on people who hear and experience it. He researched the lyrical imageries, sounds and styles: Roots, Dance hall, and world beats. He also researched the same above mentioned factors within other music, which he was exposed to such as: African, Caribbean, Spanish, and American styles of music: the particular styles of music include: Hip ? Hop, Folk, Calypso, Salsa, Blues, Jazz, Country, R&B, and Gospel. He noticed these styles, also had an influence on Reggae music through many Reggae artists, which heard and experienced it.
At the age of 13, V.I.C. became abreast with more styles of music Disco, House, Funk, Rock, and V.I.C. began singing and performing at the age of 15, his research then focused more on the dance ability of the various styles of music. This helped V.I.C. understand the movable impact that music has on listeners or spectators to motivate them to dance. He also focused on the emotional influences within the various styles of music Equality, literacy, morality, and spirituality, these lyrical influences set the lyrical consciousness of the music through its emotional mood or tempo, as it relates to social, community and/or corporate presentation.
V.I.C. is utilizing his research to create a universal style called Ragga-Hopp allowing others to hear, see and experience their maximum enjoyed satisfaction.
